fantastic wedding experience
period building excellent service great manager
i travelled up from london as part of a large wedding party. the hotel has a rich period featured building. the customer service was excellent , with the staff generally adopting an attitude of nothing is to much. sarah , the manager , was great in dealing with my one concern.
my breakfast order was wrong , and it took a long time to reach my table. this could have been a one off. i found this irritating.

the hotel is in a fine location with vista. it is easily accessible to key amenities. i found it easy to get around the surrounding areas.

the staff were attentive and responsive to my requests. the customer service was excellent , especially tom. he were very good too assist with every chance given.

mixed feelings about my stay
missing wardrobe unclean wet room
the staff were very friendly and helpful, so that's something.
I stayed in room 18, and honestly, it seemed like they forgot to finish it. there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes, just a hook that immediately fell off the wall. Pretty useless. the wet room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. All the grout was black.

flexible areas attentive staff smooth flow customer service
i photographed a wedding here , and i must say , the areas are very flexible. staff were attentive , a great job. the accommodation was pleasant , and the team ensured everything flowed smoothly. the hotel grounds were fine, and the overall customer service was excellent.
the bedroom needs a bit of maintenance. there was no place to hang or store clothing other than a hook. the hook fell off as soon as i hung a dress.

Fantastic Wedding Experience
magical venue food quality helpful staff
My daughter's wedding was last week. It was the most wonderful day. The venue was magical especially after dark and everyone was impressed with the food quality. The staff are the best. They shared in our excitement. Ella dealt with our requests on the morning.
The bottom sheet on the bed was too small and didn't fit properly. It was a small detail.

helpful attitude really good service skillful manager
the staff displayed excellent customer service , addressing every need with a helpful attitude. tom received a special mention for his really good service and willingness to go above and beyond. sarah , the manager , skillfully resolved the only concern i raised.
the room lacked sufficient sockets for electronic devices , with the only one located under the table used by the kettle.
